About Dr. Tina
Sometimes life becomes difficult to navigate, or you may feel stuck in unhelpful and unhealthy patterns, relationships, or situations. My focus is developing a safe and supportive space where we can work together towards greater awareness and insight of your unique strengths and make positive shifts towards what is most important to you. Let us journey together in your process to heal and recover from past and present pains, discover and understand your authentic self, and develop skills to achieve, manage, and sustain a balanced and meaningful life.
Some of the different evidence-based practice therapeutic modalities that I practice include Crisis Oriented Recovery Systems, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Family Psychoeducation, Grief Recovery, Somatic, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

“Working with Tina has been a true pleasure. I find that I can express myself naturally towards her as she’s an attentive listener, and on top of that, she also nudges me towards helpful directions which gives me a new perspective on how to deal with my struggles and concerns, whilst helping me understand them better.”
