Oasis is a safe and non-judgmental environment where your story will be heard.

The counsellors at Oasis will work together with you to establish the direction you desire to move in and support you as you explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours along the way. Some of the challenges your therapists can work together with you on :

Our Approach

These will be one-to-one sessions that take place in one of our counselling offices. Your counsellor will work together with you to clarify what you wish to address in therapy. In these 50-minute sessions, you and your counsellor will process your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and any physical symptoms, with the intention of gaining further understanding and insights. At the same time, there will be an opportunity for exploration of options, choices, and actions that can move you towards your desired goals.
