Group Counselling

Therapeutic groups are a great way to share experiences, learn, and practice different ways of thinking about and responding to the situations and circumstances that life brings. They can also provide a powerful sense of community and strengthen our ability to empathize with others, as well as to see and understand perspectives that may be different from our own.

There are various kinds of therapeutic groups:

• Educational groups

• Skills development groups

• Cognitive/behavioural groups

• Support groups

• Processing groups
