About Annie

With 25 years of experience juggling professional roles in finance and education, as well as raising a family away from home, I empathize with my client’s life stresses and conflict demands. Navigating life in several countries has taught me to be culturally sensitive and aware of diverse needs. I’m fascinated by how humans were created to not only survive, but also seek greater self-awareness and fulfillment. This drives a desire within us to learn, grow, heal, and continue working towards being better versions of ourselves.

I have experience working with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, loss, grief and prolonged grief, trauma and PTSD.  I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults in their search for identity and meaning, and working with them to enhance self-awareness, challenge core beliefs and change behaviour to live a self-empowered, values-driven life. I love working with families to support parents and children in relational and behavioural challenges. I also journey with adults through relationships, career and life-stage challenges and disruptive life experiences surrounding loss, grief, and trauma.

Using Acceptance Commitment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural, Attachment Theory, Emotion-focused, and Mindfulness-based modalities, we will collaboratively work on a therapeutic plan that meets your unique circumstances and needs. I feel greatly privileged to support you in your journey of empowerment, growth, and healing.
