About Maxine

My counselling approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Satir Family Model, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I provide a safe and supportive space where we can explore difficult emotions, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you build resilience, deepen your connection with yourself and others, and develop greater freedom in how you respond to life's challenges.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent seven years in the technology and finance sectors and gained over five years of experience working with children and adolescents. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of both workplace stress and personal development across different stages of life.
