About Victoria
Victoria is a counsellor who believes that therapy is not only about overcoming difficulties, but also about discovering who you become through the process. She offers a warm, compassionate space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater self-understanding while working towards meaningful and lasting change.
Victoria works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Her approach focuses on helping clients build self-trust, emotional resilience, and the confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. She believes that growth is not about becoming someone different, but about learning to meet yourself with kindness and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values.
Her therapeutic practice draws from Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual.
